On-the-move labelling
Caljan LabelTrack optimises the labelling process
The comprehensive solution pictured above has been installed at VSB, a publisher located in Braunschweig in Germany. The solution comprises "on-the-move" labelling of up to 1,200 items/hour and document management. The photo shows the packing note being inserted into the tote.

The modular design of our labelling solutions means that we are able to put together a solution that matches your requirements precisely. Labels can be printed and affixed at the item passes along the conveyor or the item can stop whilst the label is put into place. Labelling can be combined with parcel registration.
With labelling "on-the-move", more than 3,000 labels can be affixed each hour. To reduce downtime, high capacity solutions are equipped with a large supply
of labels, a robust label feeder and
standard thermal or thermal transfer
printers – all to industrial specifications.
Various labelling devices can be
attached, making it possible to adapt
the system to suit a wide variety of
applications.
The static model range is designed to a Stop-and-Go principle. A very diverse range of goods and carriers are labelled as they stop. The label is placed with high precision in one of a wide variety of postions, whilst the item to be marked is stationary.
We take full responsibility for the labelling process
When designing a labelling solution, we incorporate all peripheral equipment – including items supplied by third parties. This enables us to check and accumulate data, requiring only one interface with the host. We are also able to validate the data, e.g. check that the label is placed correctly on the correct box, and that the correct documents are inserted into the correct box.
In short: we take total responsibility for correct operation of the whole process, providing you with the security of knowing that your customer receives the correct article.
