As their facilities in Grobbendonk, Belgium are not equipped with a traditional loading bay, Domo Elektro use a Caljan BeltTrack mobile loader to unload bread-making machines, heaters, coolers, micro-wave ovens and other household appliances. Financial Manager Ms Clara Claes says »The work-flow is much improved, as are the working conditions for those involved. We actually need only two people to unload a container. Previously three were involved, so we have optimised capacity too. When not in use the mobile loader is simply moved away from the door, so that the door can be used by other traffic, such as fork-lift trucks.«

The mobile loader has been developed specifically for use in premises without a raised loading dock, which makes it ideal for loading vans and other small vehicles. The unit consists of three main parts: a tail conveyor, an elevated conveyor and a flex conveyor. The flex conveyor, which is supported by a tongue, can be extended to reach the length of the vehicle. The tongue and flex conveyor are available in several lengths. The height of the elevated conveyor can be adjusted to suit the various vehicles used by your company and the height of the tail belt can be adjusted to provide the correct working height for the operator or the next conveyor.
In short loading or unloading a vehicle with the mobile loader is less strenuous as both the work flow and the working conditions are improved.
Every precaution has been taken to ensure that the mobile loader is not only safe to operate, but also safe to move around. The loader fully complies with European safety regulations, e.g. EN619.
Robust, heavy-duty belt conveyor requires little maintenance
Made of steel, the mobile loader belt conveyor is designed for daily use. A screwjack is used to adjust the tail conveyor to the required height. The sturdy wheels enable the loader to be moved smoothly across the floor surface.
The mobile loader belt conveyor requires very little maintenance. Various options and upgrades can be added, to ensure that the equipment continues to meet your requirements throughout its lifetime.
