Straight roller conveyor
All components are reliable and hard-wearing, designed to move unit loads of up to 50 kg 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Standardised design throughout the conveyor range means that installation costs are kept to a minimum. Commonality of spares reduces down-time and maintenance costs.

The functional design is similar to that of Caljan CurveTrack; standard extruded aluminium profiles provide easy and fast inserts/extensions with minimal transfer points. Transfer areas can be reduced even further by fitting additional transfer devices.
No motor is required, as items are conveyed by their own momentum. Proven technology using state-of-the-art industrial components ensures fast replacement and simple and quick installation.
Designed with a view to flexibility
The conveyor can be produced to the required length, provided this is divisible by 65 mm. Steel side guards can be fitted, if required. The supports can be adjusted to the desired angle – between 0 and 5°. Wheels can be fitted, if your application calls for mobility.
