Caljan BeltTrack Options
A Caljan BeltTrack telescope conveyor comprises a number of sections with a particular reach. Adding one or more options customizes the solution to suit a precise application. Every machine sold is built to customer specification, which means that we don't make an expensive adaptation – we simply build to order.

Vaculex ParceLift, ManRider Platform, hydraulic elevation,
rail carriage, fixed Hood, portal light, droop snoot, double joystick and store feed are available for Caljan BeltTrack. Please contact us if you need something not specified.

Many options, e.g. portal light, can be sold separately and retrofitted.

Accoustic and visual alarms can be fitted on all Caljan Analysers

ManRider Platform

This solution is ideal for unloading/loading Super Cube or other specialised trailers. Retaining all features of the standard Caljan BeltTrack series, this model ensures ergonomic operating conditions by providing a platform for the operator to stand on.

Vaculex ParceLift

With Vaculex ParceLift a suction cup helps the operator move items weighing up to 40 kg to and from the conveyor belt, so that undue exertion is avoided.
Costs relating to strain innuries and rehabilitation are saved, the work environment becomes more attractive and productivity actually increases.

Hydraulic elevation

Powered by an hydraulic pump, the whole conveyor can be elevated at an angle of up to 10° ensuring that the operator can work in an ergonomic position. The elevation movement is controlled by means of the joystick fitted on either the right or left side of the boom. The same joystick is used to control extension/retraction.
