New Appointments Strengthen Caljan Rite-Hite
Caljan Rite-Hite, leading manufacturer of materials handling systems for loading and unloading cargo, has appointed Mark Baugh as UK Managing Director. Sanjay Ghei also joins the company as National Business Development Manager. Mark and Sanjay come at an exciting time for Caljan Rite-Hite – the company has big expansion plans and strong sales project a bright future.
“I am delighted to accept the position of Managing Director,” comments Mark, speaking from Caljan Rite-Hite’s UK headquarters in Bingham. “It feels great to work with a range of high quality products and use them to develop increased efficiencies with customers new and old. I have a very experienced team here, which is a fantastic foundation to build upon. The job itself is very rewarding and I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge of developing the UK subsidiary of a successful global company.”
Married with three children and a keen sports fan with family season tickets for both Swansea City FC and the Ospreys, Mark is a qualified electrical engineer with over twenty years experience in the materials handling industry, who specialises in system integration. His first task at Caljan Rite-Hite will be to modernise then expand its service and installation division. By recruiting more engineers and installing a new management system, Mark intends to develop new support products, enhance customer support and increase the number of service contract partners.
A music enthusiast, Sanjay has a successful background in sales, and electrical engineering. At Caljan Rite-Hite, he will generate new business, help manage product launches, and oversee the changes made to the service and installation division. Sanjay spent some time with Mark at a previous company and the two have an excellent working relationship.
Sanjay is positive about his move to Caljan Rite-Hite; “In my new role, I will handle the Caljan products specifically, which include telescopic boom conveyors, parcel registration systems and our new range of belt bends. I aim to introduce the range to new customers and build upon the company’s reputation. I will also help manage the service section, something I am looking forward to immensely.” |
