Working groups that transcend departmental or professional borders are often formed to focus on a particular challenge or to work on a development of strategic importance.
We find that combining skills and experience in this way promotes an alternative way of thinking, producing unpredictable, creative results.

| Personnel Association |
An active Personnel Association focuses on social activities with theatre trips, outings to fun parks and perhaps a competition or two, where the pedal is pressed to the metal in a go-cart race.
Other sports are also in focus. Each year employees compete in ten-pin bowling tournaments, cycle races etc. |

| Internal Magazine |
Published four times a year, The BOOM is a good way of keeping abreast with news from other parts of the organisation.
Articles and interviews describe new products, orders, sales activities, new faces, organisational changes... in short anything that is of interest to colleagues throughout Europe. |
