Anders Hansen has rounded a two year course at Aarhus Business Academy off with six months practical training at Caljan Rite-Hite. »Speaking English on a daily basis with colleagues around Europe has been fun. I've worked with all sorts of marketing material, including the website and printed literature.« says Anders. He concludes »its been interesting and rewarding.«

Five apprentices are currently learning the trade of smith in our production facilities in Denmark.

Working groups that transcend departmental or professional borders are often formed to focus on a particular challenge or to work on a development of strategic importance.

Employees participate in various sports activities
Personnel Association
An active Personnel Association focuses on social activities with theatre trips, outings to fun parks and perhaps a competition or two, where the pedal is pressed to the metal in a go-cart race.
Other sports are also in focus; Employees compete in ten-pin bowling tournaments, cycle races etc.

Published four times a year, The BOOM is a good way of keeping abreast with news from other parts of the organisation.
